1. Select the amount and type of Distance Learning hours needed:
A. 6 Hours (Radiology CEUs optional, see below):
- 6A - Ethics & Technique (no radiology CEUs included)
- 6X - X-Ray & Philosophy (yes radiology CEUs included)
B. 12 Hours (includes Radiology CEUs)
- watch all videos in both 6A and 6X sections, then complete the quiz & evaluation titled "12 Hours".
2. Scroll down and locate the section that corresponds with the CEU credits that you need (6A (no radiology CEUs), 6X (includes radiology CEUs) or 12 hours). Then, click the videos to begin playing.

3. Once you have completed watching videos, download/print, complete & sign the Course Quiz & Evaluation Form that corresponds to what hours you need. These can be located at the bottom of this page and under the "Documents" tab. You must complete the quiz & evaluation form and then email them both to info@chiroceu.com.
*** ENSURE YOU COMPLETE THE CORRECT FORM FOR THE CORRESPONDING COURSE THAT YOU SIGNED UP FOR.

4. Once we receive your completed quiz and signed evaluation form, your certificate of completion will be emailed to you within 1-2 weeks. Please keep and file this certificate with your other important documents.

Note: You must complete the Distance Learning and obtain your certificate within 30 days of payment.

*** The CA Chiropractic Board Requires YOU to Retain Certificates for FOUR (4) years. Do NOT lose it. Duplicate or Replacement Board Approved certificates are available for a fee of $70.00.
