1. Please scroll down and click the videos to begin playing. There are 10 videos that total to 12 hours of CE credits, including 5 CE credits that are applicable to Radiology License Renewal. Please watch all 10 videos in order to receive 12 hours of Distance Learning CEUs.

2. Once you have completed watching videos, download/print, complete & sign the Course Quiz & Evaluation Form. This can be located at the bottom of this page, or under the "Documents" tab. You must complete the quiz & evaluation form and then email it to info@chiroceu.com.

3. Once we receive your completed quiz and signed evaluation form, your certificate of completion will be emailed to you within 1-2 weeks. Please keep and file this certificate with your other important documents.

Note: You must complete the Distance Learning and obtain your certificate within 30 days of payment.
