HOW TO REGISTER​​

There are 3 ways to register for your CEU seminar. Please follow the directions below.

1. REGISTER & PAY ONLINE

​

a. Select the location that you would like to attend from the list below. 

b. Select the date you would like to attend and follow the directions to check out.

c. Arrive at your selected seminar date at 7AM.

d. Please have ID and receipt of payment ready when you arrive.

2. IN PERSON / AT THE DOOR

 

a. Select the seminar date in which you would like to participate in from the "Schedule" tab listed above.

b. Complete the registration/consent form found under the "Documents" tab and email it to info@chiroceu.com

c. Pay at the door when you arrive to your selected seminar date. Cash, credit card, and checks are accepted.

d. RECEIVE $10 OFF when paying with cash!

3. SCAN THE QR CODE & COMPLETE THE INTAKE FORM

 

a. Scan the QR code found on this page. 

b. Complete the intake and consent forms.

c. Select your payment option.
