HOW TO REGISTER​​

There are 3 ways to register and attend your CEU seminar. Please follow the directions below.

1. REGISTER & PAY ONLINE TO ATTEND IN PERSON

​

a. Select the location that you would like to attend from the list below. 

b. Select the date you would like to attend and how many hours of CEUs you require, then follow the directions to check out and pay.

c. Arrive at your selected seminar date scheduled to begin at 7AM. Please allow time to park and check in.

d. Please have ID and receipt of payment ready when you arrive.

2.     NEW!   REGISTER & PAY ONLINE TO ATTEND VIA ZOOM

​

a. Select the ZOOM only option, or a location with a date that works best for you, as all live seminars are also live-streamed on ZOOM.

b. Select the date you would like to attend and how many hours of CEUs you require, then follow the directions to check out and pay.

c. Your Zoom link and password to join will be emailed to you along with your receipt and confirmation of booking.

d. Please log into the session between 6:45am - 7:00am and you will be admitted to the waiting room prior to the session starting.

e. Stay logged in during ALL hours of the Zoom session to earn your credits.

3. WALK IN / PAY AT THE DOOR (ON-SITE)

 

a. Select a seminar date that you would like to participate in.

b. Complete the registration/consent form found under the "Documents" tab and email it to info@chiroceu.com, or walk in and complete it on-site at your location of choice.

c. Pay at the door when you arrive to your selected seminar date.

***Cash and credit card are accepted. Please note that checks are no longer accepted.
